This is, combining the thrill of cycling with the strength to overcome challenges. Let's ride side by side, supporting each other and pushing past any obstacles in our way. Week 5
Week 5: Goals and Boundaries
Objective: To empower and inspire young girls to develop their goals and boundaries, while also fostering their financial and entrepreneurial skills through the sale of clothing and other items. All proceeds generated from the sales will be used to provide a meaningful graduation gift for the youth who successfully complete the 6-week program.

Week 3 : Behavior Etiquette and Goal settings with Ms. Black USA downtown Chicago location
Ebony Graves, also known as Miss Illinois, deserves congratulations for her remarkable achievement as the 3rd runner up in the prestigious Miss USA pageant held in August 2023. Her success has inspired and influenced the Lady Academy Girls Mentoring Program, particularly in its second week, where the focus was on imparting behavior etiquette and goal-setting skills to young girls. Ebony Graves’ involvement as Miss Illinois has had a significant impact on empowering and mentoring aspiring individuals.

Lady Academy
Boss Up Lady Academy will teach and introduce basic life-skills, the importance and value of having self- esteem, confidence, and respect. Throughout the program students are empowered to give back, take responsibility, and perform positive acts for others.
Each session, students will have the opportunity to engage in interactive dialogue. Seasoned and trained industry professionals share their life experiences and speak on topics designed to enhance the student’s lifestyles and their workforce marketability. Ladies who complete the training will be transformed and inducted into the 12 weeks BOSS UP honorary program.

B.U. youth are Buzz with candid conversation about young adults, and cosmetic surgery.

Studio Time (Confirmed)
We will be guided on a unique interactive tour by an experienced, recording Producer. We will Learn how a recording studio works in Music and hear behind-the-scenes stories and history about Ejilla career in recording. Then we will record, sing, or rap are group vocal/ recording. But don’t worry, no musical skill is necessary.

The event is hosted by Social Works. They are a Chicago non-profit founded by Grammy-award-winning musician and humanitarian Chance the Rapper.
